2. Installation of the display of the LCD lifter

    1. The display is installed on the bracket fixed on the motor of the lifter to control the shaking head.

    2. Remove the mount of the monitor, measure the distance between the mounting holes on the back of the display bare metal machine, and then select the symmetrical holes on the mounting bracket to install the LCD screen.

    3. Adjust the left and right height of the monitor and connect the monitor's power supply and VGA computer cable.

 

Three, the matters needing attention of the LCD lifter

    1. Before installing the machine, confirm the shaking direction of the lifter, and determine the installation direction of the lifter at the same time.

    2. The lifter and the desktop are inlaid combination. After the lifter is installed, the adjustable feet are used to support the bottom of the lifter to reduce the pressure on the desktop.

    3. When the LCD screen is installed and running, pay attention to its front and rear distance in the lifting hole of the lifter. If an abnormality occurs during operation, immediately turn off the power or stop the operation.

    4. The front and rear distance of the LCD screen in the lifting hole of the lifter is adjusted by the U-shaped groove at the fixing place of the LCD screen mounting bracket and the lifter.

    5. If the LCD screen tilts forward or backward during the debugging process, adjust the angle of the LCD screen mounting bracket. (Be sure to remove the bracket from the lifter when adjusting the angle. It is absolutely forbidden to install it on the moving head motor of the lifter to adjust the angle of the LCD screen mounting bracket.

    6. Do not put your hands or foreign objects into the lifting holes of the LCD screen during the operation of the lifter, and do not put heavy pressure on the flip panel of the lifting holes.

 

Fourth, the wiring requirements of the LCD lifter

    1. According to the number of elevators, each machine needs at least one VGA signal line and one three-core power plug. In actual operation, the power cord can be connected in series with several multi-function power strips to provide a lift motor

source. VGA signal needs its distributor to realize the unity of all LCD screens.

    2. If you want to realize the central control control, you need to lay a three-core control line to connect all the machines hand in hand through its own RS485 interface, and then through the machine code can be connected to various central control controllers.

The group of lifts can be lifted and lowered together.

    3. The machine has its own manual control line and manual control buttons, and can also realize remote control. A remote control can control the raising and lowering of single or multiple or all elevators in groups.

    4. If you need to connect the PC and the LCD screen, you need to add a countertop socket. The connection between the countertop socket signal line and the distributor can realize the function of one input and multiple output.
