How to realize the lifting function of the lifter
The current LCD panel manufacturers mainly include Sharp, Samsung, LG-Philips, AU Optronics, Chi Mei Electronics, BOE, etc. The wide viewing angle technology of LCD TV panels is divided into TN+Film (soft screen) camp, IPS (hard screen) camp and VA (soft screen) camp. Each has its own merits, let's take a closer look now.

    1. TN+Film viewing angle extension film (soft screen) This technology is still based on the traditional TN mode liquid crystal, but a filming process is added in the manufacturing process. The biggest feature of TN+Film wide-angle technology is its low price, low technical entry barrier, and wide range of applications. In general, TN panel is a product with obvious advantages and disadvantages. The price is cheap, the output gray level is small, the liquid crystal molecule deflection speed is fast, which makes it easy to improve the response time, and its response time can meet the requirements of the game. The advantage lies in the unsatisfactory viewing angle and unreal color performance are its obvious disadvantages. Therefore, liquid crystal displays using TN panels currently sold in the market generally use improved TN+FILM (compensation film) to make up for the lack of viewing angles of TN panels. At the same time, the use of color dithering technology also makes the original display only 26 Wanse's TN panel has gained 16.2M display capacity.

    2. The biggest selling point of IPS (In Plane Switching plane control mode) wide viewing angle technology (hard screen) is that its two poles are on the same surface, unlike other liquid crystal modes where the electrodes are arranged on the upper and lower sides, three-dimensionally. Since the electrodes are on the same plane, the liquid crystal molecules are always parallel to the screen regardless of the state, which will reduce the aperture ratio and reduce the light transmittance. Therefore, the application of IPS to LCD TVs will require more backlights. The black it restores is slightly worse than that of PVA, so it needs to rely on the compensation of the optical film to achieve a better black; another feature of the IPS mode liquid crystal display is that if you observe at an oblique angle of 45 degrees, you will see a similar TN mode That kind of grayscale reversal phenomenon can be used as a sign to distinguish IPS. IPS also has the disadvantages of slow response time and difficulty in improving contrast. (S-IPS and AS-IPS are improved types of IPS technology)

    3. VA panels are the most popular types of high-end LCD panels. The 16.7M color number and large viewing angle are the capital of this type of panel positioning. At the same time, VA panels can be divided into MVA panels and PVA panels.

    1. MVA (Multi-domain Vertical Alignment) (soft screen) mode liquid crystal display, the long axis of the liquid crystal molecule is not parallel to the screen like TN mode when it is not powered on, but perpendicular to the screen, and each pixel is It is composed of a plurality of such vertically aligned liquid crystal molecules.

    2. PVA (Patterned Vertical Alignment, vertical orientation configuration) wide viewing angle technology (soft screen), PVA wide viewing angle technology also belongs to the category of VA technology, in fact, it is very similar to MVA, which can be said to be a variant of MVA. PVA uses transparent ITO electrodes to replace the protrusions of the liquid crystal layer in the MVA. The transparent electrodes can obtain a better aperture ratio and minimize the waste of the backlight. This mode greatly reduces the possibility of "bright spots" appearing on LCD panels, and its status in the LCD TV era is equivalent to the "long tube" in the CRT TV era. Samsung's PVA mode wide-view technology is widely adopted by Japanese and American manufacturers due to its strong production capacity and stable quality control system. At present, this technology is widely used in high-end LCD TVs. (S-PVA is an improved type of PVA technology)

Fourth, CPA (Continuous Pinwheel Alignment, continuous firework arrangement) mode wide viewing angle technology (soft screen), CPA mode wide viewing angle technology is strictly speaking a member of the VA camp. The liquid crystal molecules are arranged in the form of a firework radiating toward the center electrode. Since the electric field on the pixel electrode changes continuously, this wide viewing angle mode is called "continuous firework arrangement" mode. The CPA is promoted by Sharp, the "father of LCD". It should be noted that the ASV that Sharp has always promoted does not actually refer to a specific wide viewing angle technology. It uses TN+Film, VA, and CPA wide viewing angles. Technology products are collectively referred to as ASV. In fact, only the CPA mode is the wide-view technology created by Sharp itself. The products of this mode are basically equivalent to MVA and PVA. In other words, Sharp’s LCD TVs may not use Sharp’s own CPA-mode LCD panels. It may use Taiwanese manufacturers’ VA-mode panels or other manufacturers’ LCD panels.
